Counter-Notice Process

If your content was restricted or removed following a copyright complaint and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, or you have the right to use the content, you may submit a counter-notice. How it works: - Open your case using the reference number provided in the notification. - Choose "Submit counter-notice" and provide your legal name, contact details, an explanation of your lawful use / ownership / license, any supporting evidence, and the required declarations and electronic signature. After you submit: - The case is returned to admin review. Content is NOT automatically restored. - An administrator reviews the counter-notice and decides whether to restore the content. - Both parties are notified of updates. Submitting a false counter-notice may lead to action on your account.
