Boligram
Repeat Infringer Policy
Last updated 12 Jul 2026
Boligram maintains a copyright strike system for accounts that repeatedly infringe the copyright of others.
How strikes work (defaults, configurable by administrators):
- First confirmed violation: warning and education.
- Second confirmed violation: temporary upload restriction.
- Third confirmed violation: account suspension or review.
What counts:
- Only confirmed copyright violations count toward strikes.
- Rejected complaints, duplicate reports, false reports, and successfully overturned decisions do NOT count.
- Strikes may expire over time.
Reversed decisions:
- If a decision is overturned (for example through a successful counter-notice), the related strike is reversed and no longer counts.
Persistent or serious infringement can lead to permanent loss of access.
